Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Expect delays during seasonal SALE times. Delivery time is 5 to 7 business days and up to 14 days for some remote locations.
All Anmol Baby Carriers are eligible for a return/exchange within 11 days of delivery, no questions asked, 100% money back guarantee for the baby carrier! All Anmol products are eligible for replacement in the event of a manufacturing defect.

24-48 HOUR DISPATCH
We dispatch orders within 48 hours**, Monday-Friday.
Orders placed after 2 p.m. on Fridays are shipped on the following Monday or the next business day.

5-7 DAYS DELIVERY

Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirmation, this indicates that your order has been registered in our system. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning ‘Confirm my order’ in the subject line.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- Within 11 days of delivery, you may return or replace any Anmol baby Carriers for a full refund, no questions asked.
- Returns will be subject to a flat price of Rs. 500 (this is for shipping charges levied to deliver the product to you), while exchanges will be free.
- Items that cannot be returned or exchanged include: all purchased accessories, lumbar support, droolers, soft toys, baby shoes, tote bags, blanket, Infinity/ Nursing scarf and gift cards.
- You have the option of exchanging a damaged or incorrect merchandise.
- After the carrier is received at our facility and examined, your refund will be processed in 5-7 business days and credited to your source account.
- If the service is offered in your area's pin code, reverse pick-up may be possible. If the pick-up is unsuccessful the second time, the return shipment will be your responsibility.
These are general policies.
- Proof of purchase from Anmol Baby Carriers is necessary for all exchanges.
- Any item that has been used or washed will not be accepted for any exchange, unless the 1 year warranty described below applies. Please note: A product will be considered used as soon as you have carried or wrapped a child in it.
- Any item that has been altered in any way will not, under any circumstances, be accepted for exchange. The term “altered” is defined as including, without limit, dyeing, painting, embroidery, and fabric additions or removals made after purchase.
- Any item that has been purchased second hand will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order for whatever reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (an order already accepted by us) in (amongst others) the following situations, without being liable for any damage or costs: the product is not available/in stock (any payments will be refunded); your billing information is not correct or not verifiable; your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud; your bank transfer payment is not received within 12 calendar days after acceptance of your order; we have reason to believe that you are a reseller; there was an error in the price quote; we could not deliver to the address provided by you; you purchased an item specifically designated for another purpose/geographic location (in the listing or collection); or for any other reason.
- We reserve the right to block or refuse sale to any customer that Anmol Baby deems, in its sole discretion, has attempted to abuse the process, including through use of programs or scripts that allow users to automate their order. We reserve the right to cancel the entire order for a customer suspected to be using any such program or script.
- No exchanges or returns accepted for discounted/ specials or products on offer bought during a sale.
- No exchanges or returns accepted for colour discrepancies and personal choice.
- Products sold under Specials may have been used for photography purposes or for trials.
